Architecturally constructed, geometric silhouettes, innovative designs, three phrases that sum up Dion Lee's debut collection at London Fashion Week. From sheer dresses to well tailored jackets Dion Lee definitely showed he knows how to construct clothes. The collection to me evoked the feeling of modern minimalism, as he chose to add his own distinct style as opposed to sticking to the typical elements used in minimalistic collections. He used new fabrics, prints (Although quite discreet they were still prominent in the collection) and modern silhouettes. After this collection I am quite certain that the international fashion industry will be welcoming him in with open arms.
